My journey has led me to be the therapist I am today, showing up for individuals and couples with curiosity, empathy, and thoughtfulness. I have extensive experience supporting clients through many concerns, such as identity exploration, highly sensitive experiences, eroticism, communication, pet loss, self-doubt, intimacy concerns, depression, anxiety, life transitions, kink & BDSM practices, and relational dynamics.
My integrative approaches encompass Sex Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy, as well as creative and mindfulness practices to help the mind and body find its own internalized guidance. My sessions also bring in Humanistic Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to create a safer, supportive space for clients to be their most authentic selves.
